We stand behind every treat we make. If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@naksnacks.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back in original or similar packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Just email us with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will send you a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement right away.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unopened products within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you have proof of the return.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or variety? We are happy to process an exchange. Email us at info@naksnacks.com with your order number and what you would like instead, and we will work it out.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or partially consumed. If there is a quality issue with an opened product, please contact us with photos and we will make it right.
