Important: All Naks Snacks products are intended for dogs only. They are not intended for human consumption.
Please supervise your dog while they enjoy our treats and chews. As with any chew product, there is a risk of choking. Remove any chew or treat when it becomes small enough for your dog to swallow whole. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and type of treat for your dog based on their size, breed, and chewing habits.
If your dog has food allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list for each product before purchasing. Consult your veterinarian if you have questions about whether a product is appropriate for your pet.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naks Snacks and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. If you tag us on social media, submit a review, or share photos of your dog with our products, you grant Naks Snacks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing purposes. We will always credit you when reasonable. If you would like content removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a dispute arises between you and Naks Snacks, we encourage you to contact us first at info@naksnacks.com so we can try to resolve it through good faith negotiation.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
